Received from: none [Cyone: Fuel reactors] or doctor Silon [Citadel: Huerta Memorial Hospital]
Unlocked by: You will be able to start this mission while completing N7: Fuel Reactors side quest or while visiting the Citadel after Priority: The Citadel #2 main quest.
This quest can be activated in two ways. The first one implies exploring [Cyone: Fuel reactors] as a part of N7: Fuel Reactors side quest. Search the area where the mission has started and you should be able to locate a palmtop containing a treatment plan (screen above). Notice - The fuel depot on Cyone cannot be returned to further on in the game.
The second option is to overhear a conversation between doctor Silon and doctor Kerry after completing Priority: The Citadel #2 main quest. Both doctors can be found in the left laboratory room in [Citadel: Huerta Memorial Hospital] and you'll find out that they're searching for a way of treating a patient with serious chemical burns. Give the treatment plan to doctor Silon in order to finish this quest.
Notice - If you've missed the palmtop with the treatment plan during N7: Fuel Reactors side quest, then you can complete this mission in an alternative way by going to the Spectres office located in [Citadel: Citadel Embassies] and purchasing the plan with credits.
Prizes for completing the mission:

So, I know the question has been asked a million and one times: How do ships get around in Andromeda? And I know that 'normal' FTL exists outside the relays. You don't need reaper tech to get EVERYwhere.
But one thing I haven't seen mentioned is what's required for 'conventional' travel. How do Andromedan ships get around..without fuel? Urdu novels pdf free download. Many planets in ME mention that He-3 stations exist to refuel ships, in addition to them discharging their drive cores. While the arks use an INFINITE energy loop (drive core creates electricity, nuclear reactors use electricity, nuclear power propels drive core), how do ships like the Tempest get around?
The Normandy has to refuel with He-3 plenty of times in ME3. And you have to mine He-3. How did space-faring people plan on getting around without any infrastructure for fueling their space-faring craft?

You cannot be the bad guy in Mass Effect 3, BioWare has revealed. Whether you're a kindly Mother Teresa or ruthless Jack Bauer, you'll still fight to save the day.
'Paragon actions are usually about building alliances, obeying galactic law, and basing decisions on sympathy and trust,' explained BioWare senior writer Patrick Weekes. 'Renegade actions usually involve a pragmatic, results-focused approach, breaking laws or taking extreme steps as required to get the job done.
'You're never going to be the villain of Mass Effect 3.
'If you take every Renegade option in the game, you may be brusque with your friends and brutal to your enemies; you may make hard choices that cost you friendships; you may have to go to your grave carrying the weight of crimes that would have you reviled as a monster if they ever came to light. But you are always fighting to save the galaxy, no matter what tactics you take.'
In Mass Effect 3 you earn three types of Reputation: Paragon, Renegade and General Reputation. Missions without major Paragon/Renegade decisions can be better rewarded this way, through General Reputation. All three types combine to increase the same Reputation bar.
(Paragon Reputation is depicted with a blue bar, Renegade with Red. You won't see General Reputation, but it will grow the overall blue/red Reputation bar while maintaining your Paragon/Renegade ratio.)
The point is: whether you make all of your decisions in a Paragon way, Renegade way or neutral way won't affect your overall Reputation score.
Weekes explained: 'In Mass Effect 3, your Reputation score determines both Charm and Intimidate options, and that score is determined by adding your Paragon and Renegade scores together.
'You're still rewarded for being a completionist player and doing as much content as you can, but you can do it as a Paragon or Renegade player without penalty.'
'In Mass Effect 3, as war tears families apart and reduces entire continents to glowing craters, saying, 'I'm Commander Shepard, and this is my favourite store on the Citadel,' doesn't carry as much weight as it used to.'
Patrick Weekes, senior writer, BioWare
Reputation in Mass Effect 3 will be used for more than squeezing extra reward money or lowering shop prices.
'In Mass Effect 3, as war tears families apart and reduces entire continents to glowing craters, saying, 'I'm Commander Shepard, and this is my favourite store on the Citadel,' doesn't carry as much weight as it used to,' shared Weekes.
'People are already going to be selling you things they wouldn't ordinarily sell, because you're the last hope for the universe. You'll be banking on your Reputation to save planets and gain alliances, not to get a better deal on snow tires.'
The Reputation bar has various notches or markers on, which denote certain progression points. When reached, key dialogue options open up.
'If you see that you're a bit short of hitting a new line, and someone has just said something like, 'Let's head down to [that person's homeworld] and finish this once and for all,' it may be worth your time to go do a couple of side-quests first, just to see if you can reach that line,' instructed Weekes.

Weekes shared three examples of earning Reputation in Mass Effect 3:
Mass Effect 3 Fuel Depot
'Confronted on the Citadel by a desperate refugee with a gun, you give her some credits and help her find a place to sleep. (Paragon)'
![]()
'As a human colony falls to Reaper forces, you order down an orbital strike, brutally killing thousands of colonists to prevent the Reapers from turning them into husks. (Renegade)'
Mass Effect 3 Dekuuna Location
'You land at a turian fuel depot taken by Reaper forces and clear it out, enabling allied forces to keep fighting. (General Reputation)'
The addition of General Reputation means BioWare no longer has to award both Paragon and Renegade Reputation for missions with no major Paragon/Renegade choice climax.

The Galaxy Map is the interface you use to explore the Milky Way and its many systems. In Mass Effect 3, the galaxy has been overrun by Reapers, which haunt the very systems you seek to explore. A complete list of Clusters, Systems and Planets -- including where you can scan for War Assets and more -- can be found in the sections below. For a spoiler free listing of the planets and systems contained in each galaxy check the Spoiler Free Galaxy List.
Scanning and Exploring the Galaxy
Scanning[edit]
Scanning yields War Assets, Fuel, intel and artifacts for Side Missions. Choose a system from the Galaxy Map and you can scan while you navigate the star system by hitting the LEFT TRIGGER. The scan beacon may pick up an anomaly on a planet or in deep space which you can explore by entering its orbit. You will then either immediately be awarded with a resource or you will enter the scanning mini-game.
Avoid the Reapers with this scanning trick.
The ultra-streamlined scanning of Mass Effect 3 only requires you to navigate to a point of interest using the compass-like cursor. Once you get here you can launch a probe. You have an infinite amount of probes, and you don’t need to purchase them.
The resources in a given solar system are accounted for by a percentage shown in the upper left corner of the screen. Once you find a resource, this percentage is increased. Once you have 100% of all resources in a galaxy, scanning is no longer necessary.
Reapers[edit]
If there is no Reaper on the system you want to explore, you are safe to travel and scan it as you please. However, if you begin scanning in a Reaper-infested system, the Reapers will move in and attempt to capture the Normandy. If you are caught, you will be returned to your last save outside of the Galaxy Map.
The Reaper Alertness meter in the lower left region of the screen will reveal how many more scans you can perform before alerting the Reapers. To escape the Reapers, you must simply pilot the ship out of the current system. You can do this by using a Mass Relay or by just cruising out of the solar system -- at the expense of fuel.
Reapers will vacate an occupied system after you complete a Mission, but the Reaper Alertness meter might not totally dissipate right away.
Fuel[edit]
Fuel is expended in Mass Effect 3 every time you pilot the Normandy into the void between star systems. Mass Effect jumps do not expend fuel, nor does travel within a system. If you run out of fuel you will be automatically returned to the nearest system with a Mass Relay.
Nexus mods not working. As you move from one star system to a next, you can 'cruise' to conserve fuel. There are several ways to attain fuel:
Clusters[edit]
Choose a Cluster to see what there is to explore in each System within it.
